Hmmm, maybe I shouldn't have had that buttered popcorn and soda at the theater last night... and then melted cheese on a bun for a mid-night snack :-( Time to go run 8 miles...
208.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
