What’s in your yogurt parfait? Do you use plain yogurt?

I use Two Good yogurt, it’s 80cal and I think 3g net carbs per container. I usually have vanilla but this one was strawberry flavored. I added 1oz of blueberries, 1tsp of chia seeds, and 1/3 cup of Special K Protein cereal. It’s a nice sweet, filling snack that’s easy to fit into my plan.
