I think keeping a food journal is really important - because sometimes I *know* I'm forgetting something when I try and remember back at the end of the day. But, I'm having trouble finding the time! With work, chores, pets, and so on I just never feel like filling in my book. The last time I did a full day was weeks ago! Does anyone have any tips for making the food diary part of your life?
On the up side, I think that my continued weight loss proves that I have been learning a lot in these last ~ 4 months. I understand proper servings & can pace myself even in the presence of treats and my favorite foods. I know it's only a matter of time until I hit a plateau, though.

I totally understand how you feel! I actually have the hardest time when I am at home. I work in an office at a desk, so I just keep my agenda open to todays date and alongside my activities for the day, I have my food journal. I think what I do is just carry it with me everywhere! I also try to be verrrrry conscious when I decide to eat something, that I mentally catalogue it and try to guestimate the points. I have an inquisitive mind, so I try to challenge myself with guessing, which keeps it at the forefront of my mind.
You're doing GREAT, by the way! Keep it up! It's inspiring!
