So, if you work out for a while and then have an injury that sidelines you, when you go back to working out you gain faster than you did when you first started out.
Went to aerobics last night and will go dancing tonight. Also dancing Sunday with my daughter! So, fun weekend lined up, weight lifting in there Saturday after my house tour.
