Trying the intermittent fasting thing. I have never been a breakfast person, so after I finish eating dinner, I begin my fast. So most of my fast is while I'm sleeping. Then I have my morning coffee, which quells my hunger. Then when 16 hours is up, usually 12:00 - 1:00 pm, I have some soup or tuna. When hubby gets home is when I have dinner, still counting calories. I do take vitamins and fiber sups. I know I should not have so much alcohol, so I'm working on that. It's such a habit. When hubby comes home, we sit down and have a drink or two. Routines are hard to break.
