Have been in a plateau since July and have been fluctuating between 128 and 130. It has slowly been on a downward trend but have finally gotten back to my lowest weight. Now I hope it goes lower!!
I also changed my goal weight to 175. I may someday try to hit 150 but as I've lost the weight I've been feeling much more comfortable with 175 as my goal. Only another 50lbs to go.
