I start then two days later I see another "diet,eating plan" that seems better and I stop doing the one am doing and start on this "new one"...after a week am a mess I can't remember which one am on:( but journaling has helped me see that I need to stay focused on one plan no matter how tempting others look.
I have started eating only one major meal a day and in 7 days I lost 4 pounds...probably water weight but I will take that for now.
