They were delicious!! Even my husband liked them!!
4 eggs
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup shredded cheese
Mix butter, eggs, seasoning in one bowl. In a separate bowl mix the flour and baking powder. Slowly mix together. Stir in cheese. Scoop onto greased baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-18 mins. I painted mine with garlic butter afterwards but that's optional.

Looks delicious 😋 I know it tasted good! Klynn82 when you say 1 carb per biscuit, how much calories is in one?

With the baked coconut, does it taste "sweet" or is it closer to a buttery taste?

There are 110 calories per biscuit. They have a slight sweet flavor, but not overwhelming. They have a similar texture to cornbread, but they are really good.
