It's Friday yeah
LOL I know its only thursday, but a friday for me at work. We are out again beating/ picking up in Linkenholt :). The weather is suppossed to get a lot colder but sunnier. Yeah. Just the way I like it. Must remember to put plenty of layers on & switch on my sportstracker so I know for once how far I walk. The only problem might be the battery power as the GPS dreains it quite quickly.
Last nights class was weird. James tried something different. Instead of beasting us as uasual he was trying to get people to do the exercises to music at the same pace. It doesn't work!!!! someone with a 4kg bell will always be quicker than someone with a 20kg bell. He said it worked perfect in his head LOL. My prefert method: he gives us an exercise, we do it to our own speed for 45sec, 15sec rest. I will see him after work for a 1/2 session again, so I might get a chance to discuss it with him. I did give him my food diary/ questionaire last night. Be interested what he has to say about it.
Has any of you tried the dukan test? (dukandiet.com) According to the webside I am already at my ideal weight?! I like to disagree.
My mum sounded a little bit more perky yesterday :), she still has a lot of pain but she managed to go outside for a bit.
