Ok, gotta do this, I'm just going in the wrong direction. If I can just lose some of the weight, I'll have more energy and then be able to lose more weight. But I'm so sick of being this heavy.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 52.3 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
