I'm very happy with my Induction weight loss. I lost more than I thought I did. I think I'm off to a good start. I could have done better, because there's always room for improvement, but I could have also done worse. I feel good that I lost that weight.
I am moving onto OWL soon. I'd like to get some fruits, nuts, and milk. Just a little at a time though :)
