Is it even worth it to work out when you're utterly exhausted?
I've been having this trouble for almost the past month now. During the week I go to school from 8-2 and on most nights work from 2:30-9:30. When I get home the last thing I want to do is work out, and I haven't been as much as I used to. The part that kills me is I feel like crap when I don't! but I just literally have no energy between school, work, friends, and studying. I guess this is a time where exercising has to be put on the back burner, but I just wish I didn't feel so lazy and unaccomplished when I don't get to!
The good news is I'm still losing weight because of how active my lifestyle is now. But working out has become something I actually enjoy and it will be nice when my schedule frees up the first day of July so I can go full-force into it again. I never thought working out would be something I would actually look forward to.

I definitely understand the craziness managing working out, work. I know for myself that I CANT work out at night, my body just doesn't function in a way thats safe (LOL I'm clumsy and tired). I prefer to wake up early - maybe at 6a - 7am depending on the workout - I have more energy through out my day if I work out. I dont know if it will work for you - but I hope you find a solution :o)

Thanks ACBelcourt, you know that's actually not a bad idea. I'm finished school on June 30th and after that point I think I'm going to start waking up early and working out in the morning. That way it gets it out of the way and I don't have to worry about fitting it in for the rest of the day :)
