Doing ok today. Tired, again I didn't even hit the 20 carb mark. Need to make sure I purchase more veggies to bring to work.. Otherwise, doing ok

Novbush, I think the reason why you might be tired is because your fat % is low a lot of days. You could try uping these and see if it helps.
