This crazy mix was inspired by Chris!! Leg day breakfast prep. 3tbsp of Nutella, one banana, and my favorite meal supplement Huel! Adding milk will probably get this to 500 kcals... maybe more.

Huel is a meal replacment basically a plant based vegan protein with very little sugar, 1 g. It tastes like bland oatmeal.

hehe, I added dark cacao to my oatmeal this morning. along with some chia seeds.

Seeing as I had to do 80 reps for squats at 100lbs I’m not doing anything else. My legs don’t hurt but I am super tired. That shake was crazy!! I drank it and let it sit, well that mess just keeps expending so as time went on I felt even more full. After about three hours trying to make these legs cry I was finally hungry. 🤣 I don’t know if I’ll be sore tomorrow but one more day and it’s Sunday!!! Rest day!! Overall the shake was a good idea. Chocolate coffee is bomb. When you put it like that, adding oatmeal will just do the same as that protien powder. Only draw back is I felt super sluggish, hence the three hours to complete my workout.

Gees! You’re a beast. Well that jar alone ended up being about 700 kcals if my eyeballing wasn’t too far off.
