Getting down to the wire with my fridge. I have run out of cow's milk, now down to almond milk, evaporated in a can, and a container of whole milk at work.
Found some tea bags in my office, so now that I am drinking less coffee I can have tea, not just water.
I might go and get some salad stuff. But basically I am cleaning out my fridge by eating all the leftovers and random items. The internet is great that way, plenty of recipes for an odd collection of items! I am going to make chickpea muffins tonight, hopefully they come out well. I am going to use applesauce instead of eggs since I ran out of eggs.

I feel like I am still dragging due to the eye surgery, even though it was a quick surgery. My eye gets tired, I think, so I am not exercising much more than cleaning my house or walking at the office up and down the halls.

Hi abbadabba, glad to read your eye surgery went well. I had troubles too - my left eye had a macular hemorrhage, had to get an injection of Avastin into the eye on Christmas Eve. The problem has been improving steadily, and I can now read with both eyes. TG for retinal specialists, eh?
