Down .2 pounds from yesterday.
This is the hardest day on my diet. The cravings are hitting and I think it is more psychological, because my tummy isn't that hungry. I couldn't make my intermittent fast as long. I only made it 15 hours and two days ago when I did it I made it 17 hours. That was my first intermittent fast attempt. The goal my husband and I set was to do intermittent fasting 3 times per week and to try to do 16-18 hours for our fast. So I was really disappointed. My stomach felt relieved the moment I broke fast and I did it healthily.
