Figurobi Aerobics (32 mins)(w/ sweat suit)
Figurobi Mat (35 mins)
POP Pilates-Backless Dress Workout (10 mins)
Tone It Up Stretch-Release routine (10 mins)

7:00 pm DONE
Walk 1 fast mile with dog

Supplements
-Centrum Women Under 30 vitamins
-CVS MSM 1000 mg
-Nature's Measure Green Tea Slim (1 at 1:00pm)

Pre Workout Smoothie
-1/2 Banana
-1/2 cup of Frozen Cherries
-1/2 scoop of Rice Protein

Post Workout
-The rest of the Smoothie (same portions)
-1/4 of Digiorno Supreme Pizza (gave most of the bread to my cats)

Dinner
-1 Low Carb Flat Bread
-5 pieces of baked butter chicken
-1 cup of baked french fries
-2 ounces of multiple dipping sauces

223.6 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 73.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
