I am so sore today. It’s good that I’m going to see my pain management doctor for trigger point injections. I tried a “beginners” yoga class for the first time last night with my husband. I am sorry to say that I felt I must need a beginning beginners class LOL! I made it through half and I started getting aggravated with myself for not being able to do things that I could do 20 years ago. I know a lot of it is because of the surgeries and fusions and replacements, too, but it’s still disheartening. I am proud that I did decide to stop and went upstairs to the indoor track and walked a mile. So I’m not giving up on exercise by any means; I just have to take it slowly and listen to my body. No weight loss; I’m staying the same, but hopefully this week will bring more progress.
