YIPPEEE!!! the weight is starting to come off again, it feels great!

Thanks, I had a MAJOR wobble not so long ago, doing it all wrong! But with loads of help from people on here and the Atkins site it looks like I am back on track. Thanks for the support Dawn

We all have those wobbles. I call it "carb creep" and most times we don;t even realize what is happening until the loss slows or stops. Great job correcting the wobble and getting back on track!
