Week 3 in review: Well I just finished my final workout for the week, Cardio Flow (day 38) from 80 Day Obsession. It was heart-pumping cardio for sure - and I feel GREAT!

In Week 3, I missed working out two days (blue checks), I was under the weather though, so I have a good reason.

Drank my Shakeology every day (green checks) and am feeling good about that.

Moving into Week 4, my goal is to drop 1 lb, focus on drinking at least 90 oz of water, start weaning myself off the high fat coffee in the morning, and increase my fiber and protein intake.
