I am back with a vengeance. Went to the gym for first time in a week and ran smack into my trainer! had to confess all the sins committed since I last saw her....a very long list indeed. Worked out for 2 hrs and feel pretty, pretty good (as Larry David would say). Afraid to weigh myself though in case I have delayed weight gain or water weight . Think I am getting TOM but cannot know for sure. My cycle is erratic and never more so at the present.
Back on track with eating too. Carbs are out and protein and veggies are back in....Oh how I miss my blueberry toast, bickkies, caramel and frozen yogurt.
