I had a weekend of wild abandon, eating way too much and moving too little. I'm a bit premenstrual. I ate a lot of chocolate, but it wasn't enough to fill the void in me. I felt unnecessary all weekend. Next weekend we are going to the beach, which I'm looking forward to in so many ways. This week is about getting my caloric intake back down and recording all the physical activity that I do.
I logged into the SB site and recorded my new weight. I was scolded for losing weight too quickly: 4# in one month. Now, is that really too fast? I thought it was less than average. If I only lose 4# a month, then I'll weigh less than I have for 8 yrs. by the time we go to San Francisco and that will be so awesome.
I cut out all diet soda last week, until Friday when I had one, then a few over the weekend. But I didn't really miss it, so I'm trying to do about the same this week. I've been drinking unsweetened tea during the day and I feel that I'm getting just as much caffeine as in the diet Coke. Love and need the caffeine. Don't try to tell me otherwise.
