fell under pressure and stress yesterday.had more than a few drinks and then ordered pizza.then i went right to sleep after eating three slices.i am back on track today but feeling guilty.doesn't look like i gained yet,but usually when i screw up like that it doesn't show for a few days.i hope i stay the same.
