Seriously back to Fat Smash for two weeks. The hardest part of my day is 3:30-5:30....I am going back to my old journal entries to make sure I stick to it just like last spring.

OK--EFS day one:
7:00 wake up
2 cups coffee with SF hazelnut creamer
9:00 apple
11:30 - 1:00 cardio and yoga
1:15 Yogurt and salad
