Today is day 5 for me and it is getting rather difficult. I have not stepped on a scale and have not cheated, but I really want too!!!! I am starting to get depresses because I feel like I am not getting anywhere! Getting very tired of eating the same old thing everyday! Can't wait until Phase II so that I can get a bigger variety of foods. This whole thing is a lot harder then I expected it to be. I Have always realy liked eating fruit and veggies, but right now I am hating it. I have tried different things but I am a very picky eater and it is hard. Don't like oatmeal or yogart so that makes it even harder. If anyone has any suggestions besides salads I would love to hear about them. I have tried Lental Bean Soup and it is pretty good, but still am not finding a lot of foods to eat that please me right now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Stick with it, you're worth it! Try switching up some foods, I knew it really worked for me.
I think smoothies are the best way to go. I like to make up a large batch of them and then either freeze them or just put them into the fridge. That way if it's time to eat and I've not found something good to cook or eat, I just pour myself a glass of smoothie.
I put fruit into the blender, add in some vanilla soy milk, then I add in some of the Dannon Light and Fit vanilla yogurt. I know you said you don't like yogurt, and neither do I, since I started the diet I haven't sat down to an actual bowl of it, smoothies only. Then I blend. The first few times I also put in the oatmeal, that made them too filling for me. I sort of abandoned the oatmeal after the first few days though, I'm not a huge fan either.

I have found several recipes that have 3 tblsp e.v.o.o. or what ever amount of e.v.o.o. Does any one know what E.V.O.O.
