My first post here: hi everyone! Had a stressful day, which always triggers carb cravings for me, but managed to go only 85 calories over my goal for the day. Just ate a delicious apple instead of junk and now I'm done eating at my 8pm deadline. Today is day 18 of eating no-added sugar. Hope everyone is having a lovely Friday night :)
