finally tried the salmon in the Instant Pot. I cooked it from frozen. 5 minutes. i think I would try 4 min next time. Still very delicious. Asparagus & garlic butter as a side.

I was skeptical the first time I saw the recipe for 4 minute salmon from frozen. I didn't trust it and went with 5 minutes and sure enough, it was overcooked. 4 minutes is all it needs. I keep frozen salmon on hand all the time now.

@conicassity, It is exactly what happened to me. I think I will try 4 minutes next time. @sheholl, it was just 5 minutes on Pressure cook then vent. I just seasoned it was salt and garlic powder. I would have liked to put a slice of lemon in with it,but didn't have any! Instant pot is amazing guys! Today I am going to try sausage and peppers :)
