I love breakfast 😋 Ok, I love food in general 🙈 And one of my favorite breakfasts is pancakes 🥞 Who doesn’t love pancakes???🤷🏼♀️ I have different recipes of low carb pancakes but today I make it from almond and coconut flours.

For one portion of 3 small pancakes (or one big😏) without toppings we will have:
208 kcal, 14 g of Protein, 14g of fat and 9g of Carbs (7.5g net carbs)
You need:
1 egg (separate)
12g almond flour
8g coconut flour
10g coffee creamer or buttermilk
20g greek yogurt
0.5 tsp baking soda
Sweetener
Vanilla extract
Salt
What to do:
Beat egg white with pinch of salt to firm peaks.
Mix yolk with all other ingredients.
Gentle mix both parts with spatula.
Fry on low-medium heat our pancakes and enjoy it!🤗
A ate it with cream cheese cream and my home made pear jam from the one of previous posts😜

You take such beautiful pictures, Koshka-_-! What do you use? I have an iPhone7plus, but it doesn't take pictures like THAT! I can even see the wear marks on your fork tongs! Beautiful - ALMOST too pretty to eat!

Crazy8cottage, oh yeah))) it smells so good especially with homemade jam🤤🤤🤤 i think for couple days it will be my breakfast 😋
