Two days down and feeling good so far and know I want to stick to it this time, watched my team at work eat brownies yesterday and my daugher had dessert yesterday and had chips my down fall and I didnt want any, I am going to start walking soon and hopefully running, I really need to get motivated to exercise but I guess one step at a time:)
Love Atkins again, but really starting before holidays I seem to do that alot LOL
