Half a pound down this week but I'll take it!! So much better than a gain. And, at least I am still under 200 pounds. That is amazing to me! I also had a happy experience this week. I wore a pair of size 14 grey dress pants! They were a bit tight but not uncomfortable. The last time I tried to wear them I could not even get them to button. Yay!!!

Thank you guys so much. I just feel reenergized. I have learned so much just this past month alone and it is so empowering to learn the things that work to actually gain health and vitality. Used to I would feel so overwhelmingly tired at about 3 pm I would almost always try to nap. Now I am still going at 10 pm and not a bit tired!! I don't have trouble waking up in the morning either. I used to think I needed and hour or two to wake up, now I get out of bed ready to go!
