oK everyone, I need advice..., since June I have been participating in the 'Intuitive Eating' program with my Dr and her nutritionist, the Dr has prescribed a few different meds in order to help me reach my goal but the meds only seem to be backfiring, instead of losing I seem to be gaining instead. The class costs $200 which I can't afford but the Dr was able to make a few calls and get the fee waived so, if I leave the class and want to try it again in time I'll have to find a way to get the fee for the class. Eho thinks I should just drop the class altogether? Any advice would be to greatly appreciated.., Thanks everyone! 😉🍀

I am not really good with my intuitive eating, but religiously counting my calories has helped me.

I would look into skipping the meds altogether instead of dropping the class...or ask if they can be adjusted?? Everyone is different and it just may be that these meds in those dosages don't do it for you. It doesn't mean that the info you are learning doesn't apply...
