This change in lifestyles is crazy. feel like I pigged out all day on random stuff only to come home and not even make my 20 carbs count..ahhh!!! oh well, must be about that time, all I want is a milkshake.. :) Thank goodness for my "sponsor" who told me I would have carb face if I did it..LOL. Oh well, tomorrow back on a better track.

Isn't it funny how that works, novbush? And if you want something milkshaky, make a low carb float. Take some heavy cream, a little soda, and ice cubes, put them in the blender, pulse until smooth, then spoon into a glass. Then pour the rest of the soda over that. Viola!! A float. I use diet A&W rootbeer. MMMMMMMMM, good!! And no carbs!!
