YESSSS!!! Finally off the ledge! Now to keep up the downward movement. Off to the dentist this morning, so today should be easy to not overeat LOL
269.8 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
