Well, calories are back up to a level I think is comfortable. I haven't weighed myself, but I look better and my clothes are looser. (Have you ever noticed when you're eating healthier and drinking more water that your skin feels better? Now granted my diet hasn't been perfect the past couple days, but getting off of the mega sugar blaster energy drinks and I think I'm more hydrated.) It's sorta like how celery goes limp when it doesn't have water/nutrients; I think people do too. Anyway, now that I'm off of energy drinks and getting more sleep, my concentration is SO much better.
Regarding getting off of energy drinks, it took a few weeks going every other day on them before I could get completely off because of all the headaches.
I'm still a big fan of energy drinks, because there were plenty of all nighters I needed to pull, and could not have pulled, without them, and because the taurine in them helped lower my blood pressure, but I think the best thing to do for regular consumption is get the nutrients/vitamins in the energy drinks from elsewhere more natural.
