The odds were against me... but I was like "Oh Hell nah!!! I missed the weekend I'm not missing Monday night too"... I'm usually a pretty calm rational kind of person but last night I felt anything but calm or rational when I was at the mechanics. I mean the fact of the matter is that my car was done, they had all day to get my paperwork done and instead of being ready at their closing time 6pm when I got there I was forced to sit around for an entire hour of my night that I did NOT have to give...

Thanks to the mechanics I was forced to make a decision between getting to bed late or not doing my full intended work out for the night... like Hell I wasn't going to do my full work out... so I got to bed pretty late... but I felt so much better after being at the gym... I had alot of axiety to burn off... lol... I ended up doing 13 miles on the elliptical and burned 1,500 calories... I was not leaving that gym till I did my full 13 miles and I'm just really proud of myself for sticking it out even though I had to stay there till 11pm on a work night.

Oh also, I weighed myself this morning and I'm down another pound to 161 which is always comforting after putting in that kind of effort :)
