AM This morning my blood glucose was 135. I expected higher since I had some no no things for snack last night. It is time to get on track and do this right. My weight is interfering with my abilities at clinical and I am getting seriously winded walking to classes on campus, and we have a small campus! I do not want to wind up having to ride a motorized cart just to get around the store, or need assistance to get up from the couch or chair! It is difficulty getting out of my car due to my knees that are getting worse.
