I noticed this morning that FS lists hard boiled eggs with one set of fat/carbs/cals and scrambled with quite a bit more. Since I use no fat in cooking them in my calaphon pan... why would the counts be different? *bangs head against wall*

I believe that someone entered these numbers with the addition of cream or something. There are too many differences in the options for eggs on this site. Also make sure you use the option for egg size as there is great variation there as well.

I've never noticed that. Probably because I always add my food separatley according to what I put in each concoction I make lol. Hmmm.. it does make one wonder though.

I have noticed the difference in the eggs and other items as well. I type in EGG and add egg and what I put in it. Most people add milk to their scrambles eggs which ups the carbs.

Well, I sometimes add heavy whipping cream... but log that separately. And I *like* being able to tell how I had them prepared. But scrambled, boiled or poached... it is all just egg. I may just do some research then pick one and use it for every method of preparation.
