Ok so between what I expected and what I hoped for, still coming off, just getting impatient now, so want to reach my four stone loss mark and get into a good place for when my holiday season starts! Hope it's going well put there!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
