Doctor's appt was yesterday. I was so excited to hop on the scale...theirs WAS 3 lbs heavier!! Last time I'd been to the office for a physical was 3 yrs ago when I was on WW and I was 14lbs heavier than I am now....so FF ROCKS!! LOL Today, I have dead arm due to the lovely tetnus booster they gave me. My blood pressure was down though and I'll know my cholesterol results in a week or two. Dr said she was impressed with how healthy this diet sounds and to just make sure I'm getting enough calcium. Then she checked out the mole on my back and since it changed, I'm set up with an appt next month to have the thing removed....oh boy!
