Ok today I decided that since I have done so wonderfully with my new dicipline this week I thought I would treat myself to a small treat. I grilled the BEST hamburgers on my George Foreman and thought that I would have some chips and dip for a little treat. Well I ate about 4-5 chips (small broken ones) when I realized that WOW they were gross! The grease and the taste was completely apalling to me! I threw them back in the bag and continued to just eat my hamburger. And you know what? I was satisfied. This new found willpower thing is AWESOME! I feel great!!!
