Post run and arm and shoulder workout. Breakfast toast, 3 eggs, hash browns, turkey sausage, and OJ.

Snacks to many tortitas chips and 1 jello pudding .

Dinner bowl of porridge
221.2 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
