BBQ and Graduation Party’s - Fun, Fun, and More Fun. So I have been buying for my sons upcoming graduation party, which happens to be a BBQ with all the fixings’ I bought myself some low cal veggie burgers and dogs, just to try them… I have tried and like a lot of the Walden Farms products, and do like the Barbecue Sauce Hickory Smoked they sell, I add a few dashes of low cal price chopper steak rub to it, and water, heat it up so it thickens again and it makes a great super low cal BBQ spicy sauce. I think planning ahead is going to be the secret to making during this graduation party, cookout season. As always, good luck everyone!

Great plan. Last weekend I did chicken skewers on the grill. A great way to control portion size.
