Even though I am not on the diet yet I still eat pretty healthy during the day, cherry tom's, cheese stick and such. It's the evenings that get me. For example:
I cut the grass as soon as I got home from work and I told myself the sneezing and ithcy eyes were worth it as I was actually in fresh (if pollen saturated)air and getting good exercise. Just starting that mower is a bit of a workout (didn't realize my husband had told our daughter to cut the grass and she hadn't managed to get it started. I'm sure she tried really hard though, hmmm :-/ )After cutting the grass and brushing off the mower I headed in to shower and found myself locked out. The aformentioned daughter hit strike two! Strike three was now having to call my husband (daughter was on her way to college) and ask him to come home and let me in. To my surprise my thoughtful husband brought home dinner. McD's!! :( How can I complain when he is being sweet, he even got me fries instead of their yucky cookies (he does listen!)? After eating McD's I thought what the heck and ate Cadbury's christmas chocolates and a Cadbury's Crunchie!! I didn't even feel guilty although I had to weigh at the doctor's office this morning:(

You're so cute! The day before I started SB I had Swedish meatballs and garlic cheddar fries! I wanted to get it out of my system, I knew I could handle 14 days of a strict plan if I at least got the main things I was craving just one more time! Shop and get all the things you need for success starting Monday, don't cheat, hang in there and you will SUCCEED! You can do this, you have such a great attitude! And remember, "nothing taste as good as thin feels!"

I thought you were going to say,"shop and get all the things you want to eat for the weekend". Think my focus might be a little off :)
