Ok, I wasn't very good this weekend. Friday we ate some Chicago style deep dish pizza... with the leftovers on Saturday. We also ate at a Mongolian Grill place, which wasn't too bad, considering it was just lean meat, veggies, and rice... except I ate all of it. Sunday was better. Went to my cousin's 8th Birthday, my aunt made lasagna and pasta, etc. I had a small piece of lasagna, some veggies, and a big salad. And a small piece of cake. I did manage to walk around a lot this weekend and be consistent with the exercise bike. So, I'm glad to see a bit of a loss today.
