Today's breakfast: 2 eggs over easy with keto sausage gravy. 790 calories (32% of RDA), 70g of fat (81%), 8g carbs (5%), 28g protein (14%). Basketball practice tonight so I'll be very active for 90 minutes. Also stuck in a board room all morning and won't have a snack. Brought a BAS for lunch. Might miss supper altogether due to practice - sometimes I eat and sometimes not. So I wanted a substantial breakfast and this did the trick. Happy Hump-day everyone!
