Well today is the first day of "getting back on track" I want to be at my pre-pregnancy weight before my daughters 1st birthday so that means I have to lose 10 pounds by August (then I will start working on getting to my pre-pregnancy weight before my son...that is like 30 more pounds). I packed the right foods for work today and I am going to the gym this afternoon. Hopefully my mom and I will walk this evening so I can get double exercise in!
