Back where I started. Got into a fight with a friend, didn't get any sleep, and I feel like I'm still sick. Felt super dizzy with smaller portions earlier in the day, so I loaded up on dinner. I know I can start again tomorrow when I feel better. I think it's healthier than feeling unwell and weak in the moment. I might do some walking on the treadmill tonight just to catch up on my daily steps (walking to the grocery store didn't give me enough), and to tire myself out throughly so I sleep well later.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
