Im getting pretty good timing avocados, haha! But I almost let the cucumbers spoil. Ham & Eggs, the lunch edition

If you mixed the eggs with the avocados you’d have green eggs and ham.

thanks everyone! ... @jazzmeupbaby It was filling!... plus it all spread out on the plate helps it look like a lot. I try to buy the small avocados,so I don't have to worry about storing it. It's never the same lol. @twp819, I thought of that haha! at the cafeteria downstairs they do jalopeno eggs that are kinda green!!
