This week was a little challenging due to New Year's food, but I did it, I still have 155 calories left but I am full, my goal was a Daily Average of 1,700 calories(11,900 total calories.)
Next week will be easier 🙏

I am trying to find my maintenance. 😀

According to FatSecret 1,700 calories is my maintenance, "if I am sedentary" I really hope I can eat more than that, it is why isn't good to start losing weight with 1200-1500 calories if you weight more than 200 pounds. I did lose weight with 1,500 calories. but lately 1,500 was too much.

You did well! I find that most weeks I can stick to 1500 fairly easily but I’d prefer 1800 do I can add some junk food in lol. My maintenance is supposed to be 1800 according to FS but I don’t believe that. It’s more like 1750 when active and 1500 when not.

Adefwebserver, Wednesday was really hard, after long time overeating🐷 haha , Thursday was easy, my stomach was feeling empty and that was the only night I slept great last week and last night. 🙏

Wow, peeperjj that scary me , I really want to eat more than 1700. I am almost sedentary with this weather, so I am going to see how things work, I think I am going to wait one month or more to see the results, but I am going to weigh in every day.

Keep in mind that when I’m sedentary I actually do just sit around lol. Somehow my watch says I’ve walked over 8 miles since the month began yet it says I’m burning about 150 kcal per day over my ‘resting energy’ 🤷‍♀️
