DAY 92!
FASTING DAY!
I picked up a bottle of fiber pills the other day because I noticed a slow down in the digestive track. I took 1 pill the last two mornings and woke up this morning with a rock hard baseball sized knot in my belly. Really rock hard. It has barely moved. It worries me. I am upping my water intake just in case but scared this will take forever to pass out of me. Just dreadful.
My "Food" day today is all liquid protein until this thing passes. I was so looking forward to a cheese omelet too.
